Publications: Up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Print Shop: Up to 15 business days after payment confirmation.

When purchasing items with different preparation times, consider the longer timeframe.

Preparation times are not included in the SEDEX delivery timeframe provided by the postal service. To estimate when your order will arrive, add the preparation time to the shipping time.

2. Purchase Confirmation and Shipping Information
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
If the package is returned due to an address error, a new shipping fee will be charged for resending the order.
